“REPTILE” is an experimental study that aims to combine architecture with the art of tattooing in one form. We perceive it as an outside exhibition path, a mechanized and computerized structure, that using micro-movements will resemble over time the composition of a linear configuration of the master tattoo artist Gakkin’s work.
“REPTILE” It consists of a hinged wooden structure that replicates the vertebrae of a reptile. The structure is covered with leather treated against weathering and painted with depictions of Gakkin’s design using thermo chromic inks reagents to achieve the desired effect.”
